Une Jama‘ah – un Ameer : l’organisation d’une communauté Musulmane à l’ère des Fitan

This is Ākhir al-Zamān, a time when there is no divine decree anywhere on earth that allows for the restoration of a Khilāfah state in which the sovereignty of Allah can be recognized and law and governance can be based on the truth revealed by God. In this respect, at least, Muslims have now returned to the pre-Hijra stage of their history, and although the goal is to return to Madīnah. From Makkah to Madinah once again. They are faced with a difficult situation. The very essence of the Madinah model is that they should be organized as a Jama’ah with an Ameer/Imam who must be obeyed as a religious obligation. But this single Jama’ah that unites all Muslims does not yet exist, and all efforts to restore it have failed so far. So what should Muslims all over the world do? This is the predicament!
